Identify "Opt-In" features that align with HR strategy and determine the impact of mandatory "Always-On" features. •Minimize custom "bolt-on" solutions by driving the adoption of "Modern Best Practices" embedded within Oracle HCM Cloud. •Strategic Roadmap Alignment: Partner with IT and HR Leadership to maintain a roadmap for process enhancements and module expansions. •Process Design & Optimization •Own the functional design for modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll, ensuring seamless data flow between them. •Partner with the Security Lead to ensure that Custom Job Roles are updated after each release. Ensure that "Privilege Creep" (giving users more access than they need) is managed. Continuously monitor and identify opportunities to improve the employee and manager self-service experience to drive high adoption rates. Qualifications: •Some overnight travel will be required (less than 10%). •Demonstrated capacity to work in a stressful, deadline-oriented environment that requires complex, technical information and decision-making. •Has a clear vision of emerging trends and how value will be created in the future. Develops strategies that are distinctive in the market, create value for customers and other stakeholders, and provide sustainable competitive advantage. •Strategic Governance & Global Design •Proven ability to execute global core and initiative designs, supporting key decisions that maintain the integrity of the global template. •Serve as the reviewer and approver for functional designs across HCM modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. •Demonstrated capacity to identify process improvement opportunities, challenge the status quo, and align user objectives with best-in-class HR process design. •Comprehensive expertise in data privacy regulations and security frameworks as they relate to global HR data. •Mastery of Oracle's Cloud Lifecycle frameworks, including the orchestration of quarterly update lifecycles (environment management, regression testing, and go/no-go decisioning). •Proficient in using OTBI and FDI to extract data, validate process efficiency, and provide actionable business insights.
