Ensure the plan is executed timely and efficiently. •Analyze variances of actual labor costs to original labor estimates. •Manage the change order process for any costs that negatively impact expenses resulting from uncontrollable modifications, readiness of job site, delays in installation timeline, or changes to the original scope of work. •Lead and oversee expediting and coordinating timely completion of all “punch list”, incomplete work, or open issues prior to final completion of a project. •Attend status meetings with clients, contractors, or other key contacts involved on a project. •Ensure all safety requirements are understood, communicated, and complied with. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree preferred. •Five years of experience in relevant project management or comparable role in the construction industry, facility management, or related field preferred. •Operational familiarity with building codes, working with trades, contracts, drawings, and the phasing of construction projects related to furniture and demountable wall installation. •Previous experience with demountable or modular wall applications, carpentry, framing or construction applications desired. •Proficient with utilization of Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and project management software applications. •Proactive and professional written and verbal communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with multiple contacts, contributors, and team members. •Very strong and proven organizational planning and problem-solving skills.
