Required Skills: •Lead end-to-end project and program delivery for automation initiatives, from initiation through deployment and sustainment. •Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reporting artifacts across one or more concurrent engagements. •Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations, escalations, and executive-level communications. •Facilitate project ceremonies including kick-offs, sprint planning, status reviews, and retrospectives across distributed and hybrid teams. •Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams — including RPA developers, business analysts, solution architects, and QA — to ensure cohesive and on-schedule execution. •Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively. •Ensure deliverables meet contractual, regulatory, and audit requirements consistent with public sector compliance standards. •Support program-level reporting, resource planning, and portfolio coordination where multiple projects are in flight.
