To be successful in this role, you will be consultant minded and have experience with Owner’s Representation. •The successful candidate will bring experience supporting the delivery of construction and capital projects within one or more of Turner & Townsend's key markets, including data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, and energy & natural resources •. Exposure to complex projects, stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary teams across these sectors is preferred. •Manage applicable engineering drawings, specifications, and documents. •Effectively communicate with external and internal team members and stakeholders at all projects stages. •Actively facilitate and support scheduler with updates on progress. •Support field coordination between the General Contractor, Commissioning Agent, and Client. Qualifications: •Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure appropriate communications and coordination across project delivery teams, stakeholders, and vendors. •Strong client relationship management skills to maintain positive relations between stakeholders and corporate leadership. •Able to manage and delegate tasks to technical and non-technical support staff. •Proven post graduate Mechanical or MEP engineering experience, encompassing both design and site experience. •Engineering background with strong mechanical knowledge/experience. •Bachelor or Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field. •Project Management (or PMP), Engineering or a related field. •On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs* •Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
