Required Skills: •CapEx Project Management •Lead the planning, development, and execution of capital and expense projects focused on equipment performance, reliability improvements, facility upgrades, and manufacturing capability enhancements. •Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, financial tracking, documentation, reporting, and contractor activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. •Develop business cases, project charters, cost estimates, and implementation plans that support engineering, maintenance, and operational priorities. •Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to align project priorities, resources, execution plans, and startup readiness. •Coordinate equipment specifications, procurement, lead times, delivery schedules, installations, modifications, commissioning, validation, and startup activities while minimizing production downtime. •Manage contractor onboarding and cultivate strong relationships with equipment manufacturers, contractors, technical service providers, and MRO vendors to deliver sustainable engineering solutions. •Monitor and communicate project milestones, budgets, risks, mitigation plans, equipment delivery schedules, and overall project status to site leadership and key stakeholders. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. •3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, project management, manufacturing, or a related environment. •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. •Knowledge of SAP, CMMS, and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power BI. •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. •Operational familiarity with DMAIC, Kaizen, RCCM, or other structured problem-solving methodologies.
