Provide feedback, guide technical leads in implementing improvements. •Create weekly and monthly MIS reports for single LOB to track operational, quality, and fulfilment parameters. •Escalate deviations from project charter promptly and ensure corrective actions to maintain compliance." •Resource/Team Management-"Undertake resource planning, allocation in line with project needs and manage attrition and performance outcomes. •Conduct performance appraisals and guide team members on professional growth and improvement." •Quality & Risk Management-Proactively identify and assess potential project risks or issues, implement mitigation methods, and collaborate with quality assurance teams to integrate quality planning into project execution.
