Provide input to schedulers, procurement and contracts for look-ahead coordination, and manage staffing to ensure customer satisfaction and schedule compliance Qualifications: •Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Experience in working with OT and IT based technologies for a large electric utility. •Knowledge of programmatic processes such as ITIL, SPI, and EVM. •Solid functional working knowledge of how schedules work with ability to interpret and use Gantt chart-based data from such tools as P6 and MS Project. •Demonstrated capacity to track multiple tasks over long periods of time ensuring customer change management and business rhythms are not disrupted. •Proficient in managing hybrid teams with Customer, client and contracted personnel. •Demonstrated success in delivering complex managed services on time and within budget. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to working alongside other program management to transform business requirements into high-quality service solutions. •Outstanding leadership and team-building capabilities, skilled at motivating and guiding teams through complex customer environments and business cycles. •High degree of adaptability, capable of shifting focus to meet evolving business and management needs. •Strategic and analytical thinker with the capacity to make data-driven decisions and address challenges efficiently.
