Develop system alternatives to meet user needs, including cost estimates. •Works with vendor and operational teams to prepare implementation plans concerning systems development, modifications, and installation/implementation of vendor systems. •Assists Operational Team with workflow impact analysis. •Monitors project budgets and resolves budget issues with Vendor Management Team or proper Guthrie Team. •Works with Vendor Project Team and Vendor Management Team to resolve issues and/or risks that could impact the project timeline, scope, or cost. •Develops and maintains the necessary procedures to assure an efficient flow of user requests for IS application resources for projects and on‐going service support.
