Required Skills: •Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and budgets while participating in all phases of project work from project kickoff to close out. •Manage and coordinate with key stakeholders responsible for the success of the project •Interface with clients and relevant staff •Actively facilitate and support development of Master Phasing Schedules, Program Execution Schedule, Staffing Plan, Work Breakdown Structure and Financial Execution Plan •Report all aspects of project directly to Program Manager •Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience as a Project Engineer and/or Project Manager overseeing project execution in the design/development or fielded operations program lifecycle phases. •Proven ability, capacity, and aptitude with planning, organizing, supervising, coordinating work, and obtaining cooperation from others (must be able to build rapport with program management and key stakeholders) •High level of scheduling skills Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), Business Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. •None, security Clearance not required but preferred •The diversity of work conditions may range from an environment where there is little or no physical discomfort, such as a general office environment, to warehouse and other facilities.
