Required Skills: •Manage scope, schedule, and budget of individual projects •Interface directly with matrixed team to provide tasks and deliverables on time •Provides clear direction of next steps when needed to project stakeholders •Monitor KPI’s, critical path, issues management, change management, Provide analysis, budget forecasts, and metrics for individual projects •Primary point of contact for internal/external project stakeholders •Manage construction, procurement, invoice preparation, and project documentation •Continuously build and maintain a network of third-party consultants and vendors •Lead project acquisition efforts including identifying opportunities and working collaboratively with Marketing team in preparing bids and interviews for jobs Qualifications: •B.S.
