Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business, information technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Demonstrated ability to facilitate, train, lead and influence others, and adapt to change quickly. •Understanding of core business processes/industry trends with ability to interpret/apply ongoing changes. •Knowledge of project planning and business need justification process and methodology. •Previous construction experience, including design, installation, field-team coordination and more. •Permitting experience within a metro area. •Previous utility distribution industry experience or utility battery and grid innovation experience. •Project management certification (PMP or CAPM). •Vendor/contract management experience, including scope development, sourcing, contract coordination, purchase orders, invoices, change management, deliverables, and vendor performance. •Previous experience acting as a cross-functional leader with other various internal corporate teams.
