Coordinate scopes of work, procurement activities, consultant and contractor deliverables, and performance. Monitor vendor activity and address routine issues to support successful project delivery. •Prepare short-term plans as projects progress. Identify, assess, track, and mitigate project risks; identify and communicate changes to scope, schedule, cost, and resources; and develop plans to mitigate construction impacts on transit service, traffic flow, local communities, and agency employees. •Complete projects in a professional manner meeting approved scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements. Track and report key performance indicators, support project turnover and closeout, and prepare end-of-project documentation and reports. •Coordinate regulatory and stakeholder requirements, including applicable federal, state, and local requirements for right-of-way, environmental impacts, design/build, permitting, workplace safety, public involvement, and other project approvals. Work with internal and external stakeholders to support compliance and project delivery. •Perform other duties of a similar nature or level. Qualifications: •High school diploma or GED plus three or more years of related work experience in project planning, management, and execution. •An equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the job duties is also accepted. •Three or more years of related project management experience. •Project Management Institute (PMI) certification. •Project management frameworks, practices, and project planning and execution. •Universal Design principles and practices. •Project management technology tools and common business technology. •Fiscal and accounting standards and common budgetary practices.
