Qualifications: •A bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, public administration, finance, communications, engineering, or a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience leading projects, business process improvement, system implementations, or comparable organizational initiatives. •Relevant experience may substitute for the required degree on a year-for-year basis. •Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices. •Demonstrated capacity to facilitate requirements gathering, process analysis, and business solution development. •Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies. •Demonstrated capacity to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. •Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with executive leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams. •Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools. •Position may require employee to work evenings and weekends.
