Required Skills: •Analyze, interpret and prepare orders and small-scale projects for entry into Viracon’s Viper system. •Assist the project management team during employee absences to ensure timely order processing and completion of all other project management tasks. •Delegate prepared orders to the order entry team for processing. •Lead and oversee order accuracy and completed order confirmation back to the customer for review. •Manage multiple orders/projects concurrently with minimal supervision and provide excellent customer service throughout the duration of all transactions. •Problem-solve, make decisions and work to resolve issues. •Consistently communicate with internal and external customers to ensure timely and accurate transactions. •Maintain project/order files with required order information according to Viracon’s filing retention policies. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent GED required. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. •Strong attention to detail, self-organizational skills, and ability to multi-task. •Knowledge of fractions, decimals, and geometric patterns. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate with employees at all levels of the company. •Strong interpersonal and listening skills. •A motivated, self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision. •Demonstrated capacity to promote Viracon in a positive manner with adherence to company policies.
