Qualifications: •Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Collaborative mindset with a track record of building strong relationships across departments and with external vendors. •Proficiency with project tracking, budgeting, and reporting tools. •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. •Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% for property visits, project oversight, vendor coordination, and stakeholder meetings. •Expected base salary of $75,000-$80,000. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job. •Base salary plus annual bonus. •Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options available.
