Facilitate timely decisions by campus representatives and report progress and issues impacting the project goals to stakeholders. •Manage facility user groups, operations and administration during design and contract administration to ensure timely input. Resolve conflicts and facilitate decisions to ensure project goals are met. •Manage planning, design, execution of projects by providing project leadership, communication, and coordination. •Lead and oversee leading meetings with owner, architects and contractors as well as providing leadership in client relations. •Lead and oversee project budget, scheduling, and procurement of design and construction services. •Drive progress of consultants to achieve expected functionality; and recommend alternatives to recover negative drift. •Ensure design and construction documents comply with project requirements.
