Documents notes and action items for consistent follow up and closeout. •Preparation and tracking of Project Plan and Schedule to ensure compliance with contract requirements and customer expectations; lead the team through resolution of any contract discrepancies that may be discovered. •Overall responsibility for project budget and keeping management informed of any variances; In collaboration with procurement and project engineering establish Procurement Plan to meet contract requirements while improving project budget.
