Required Skills: •My client is looking for a Project Manager to oversee concrete construction project lifecycles start to finish. •Specialize in warehouse and industrial construction projects ranging from 50,000 SF to over 1 million SF. •Primary work is located in New Jersey, with additional projects in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New York. •Focus includes footings/ foundations, slab on grade, interior / exterior concrete, tilt-up concrete construction and more. •Manage all phases of concrete construction projects from award through completion. •Develop project schedules, work plans, staffing requirements, and procurement strategies. •Coordinate project startup activities, including subcontractor and supplier engagements. •Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and risks. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. •Equivalent construction management experience will be considered. •In-depth knowledge of concrete construction methods, materials, and best practices. •Knowledge of estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. •Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. •Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore, Viewpoint, or similar construction management software.
