Required Skills: •Lead day-to-day job-site execution for restaurant construction, remodels, and capital improvement projects, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to plan. •Serve as the primary on-site representative, acting as the main point of contact for field activities and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. •Oversee construction activities in alignment with company standards, project specifications, and engineering documents, maintaining a strong focus on quality and compliance. •Review, interpret, and work from blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications to guide field execution and resolve issues in real time. •Ensure that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) components for intricate kitchen and restaurant projects are installed and coordinated correctly. •Manage multiple projects within the restaurant and facilities portfolio, including new construction and remodels, across a range of project sizes. •Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within scope. •Collaborate closely with general contractors, trade partners, and facilities teams to ensure coordinated, safe, and efficient work on site.
