Required Skills: •How You Will Make An Impact •Oversee all project administration, preconstruction setup, permitting, and vendor purchasing schedules. •Track project data, change orders, cost reports, and submittals using Trimble ProjectSight and Spectrum software. •Conduct routine field inspections to verify quality standards, safety compliance, and progress against contract plans. •Prepare accurate monthly Schedule of Values, Applications for Payment, and detailed Cost Projection Worksheets. •Facilitate regular project meetings with owners, architects, subcontractors, and superintendents to ensure seamless execution. •Lead and mentor Project Engineers and Administrators to build a high-performing project team. •Secure final inspections, Certificates of Occupancy, and oversee complete project closeout document packages. Qualifications: •Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. •Active safety certifications, including OSHA training.
