Required Skills: •Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Project. •Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. •Solid functional working knowledge of construction management principles, building codes, and industry best practices. •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred •Manage federal facilities projects through planning, design, construction, and closeout. •Coordinate with government clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery Qualifications: •Walking and standing for extended periods while performing site observations and inspections •Navigating active construction areas, including stairs, uneven surfaces, temporary walkways, and varying elevations •Occasionally bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and climbing as necessary to observe construction activities •Accessing mechanical, electrical, utility, process, and other construction areas as required •Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) and complying with all applicable site safety requirements •Working in indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to typical construction-site conditions, including noise, dust, weather, and temperature fluctuations •Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds •6+ years of experience managing complex projects, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
