Hiring: Project Manager/Estimator - Commercial Construction Company: CyberCoders Location: Fargo, ND Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 07:40:42 Employment Type: Contract About the job Required Skills: •Lead and manage multiple commercial and federal construction projects through all phases: preconstruction, estimating, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout. •Prepare, review and refine cost estimates, budgets and schedules; monitor project financials and implement corrective actions to meet objectives. •Develop and maintain project schedules (critical path), manage resources and ensure timely delivery of milestones. •Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, daily reports and as-built records using project management tools. •Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and quality control procedures; lead site safety meetings and enforce contractor safety programs. •Identify, monitor and mitigate project risks; proactively resolve construction issues and claims to minimize schedule and cost impacts.
