Required Skills: •· Serve as one of the primary points of contact with the client, maintaining alignment across all project stages. •· Manage the full scope of project execution, including safety, schedule, budget, engineering, quality, commissioning, and compliance. •· Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using recognized tools and methodologies. •· Own project budgets from initial planning to final close-out, including monthly forecasting and variance tracking. •· Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to cost, safety, quality, and delivery. •· Lead contract negotiations with EPCs, subcontractors, and third-party vendors. •· Manage all change orders, RFIs, NCRs, PCNs, and VCNs in a timely and traceable manner. •· Oversee invoice review and approvals across all phases of project delivery.
