Required Skills: •Coordinate and oversee assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, implementation, reporting, and closeout activities. •Establish project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders. •Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, and status updates to support successful project execution. •Monitor project progress and communicate updates, risks, delays, and changes to leadership and key stakeholders. •Coordinate communication and activities between internal departments, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel. •Support customer communication and help manage customer expectations throughout the duration of projects. •Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including agendas, meeting minutes, follow-up items, and progress reporting. •Assist in identifying opportunities for operational improvement and support implementation of process enhancements where applicable. Qualifications: •Preferred – Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent preferred). •Equivalent combination of education and relevant field experience may be considered. •Strong organizational and time management skills. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and exercise sound judgment. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and changing priorities effectively. •Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. •Demonstrated capacity to build collaborative working relationships across departments and with external partners. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with leadership, customers, and team members at all levels of the organization.
