Required Skills: •We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized •Project Manager to support the successful delivery of key client engagements at Autonomize AI. •This role will work closely with our Program and Delivery teams to keep projects moving forward — coordinating across internal teams and client stakeholders, tracking deliverables and dependencies, managing project documentation, and ensuring that risks and blockers are surfaced early. •You’ll be at the center of day-to-day project execution, helping bring structure and visibility to complex implementations involving AI, healthcare workflows, technology integrations, and multiple cross-functional teams. •This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, communicating across teams, and taking ownership of the details required to deliver successful client outcomes. •Actively facilitate and support Program and Delivery teams in managing project plans, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across active workstreams. •Maintain accurate project plans and tracking systems with current status, owners, priorities, and due dates. •Track deliverables from initiation through completion and ensure commitments remain visible and on schedule. Qualifications: •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams. •Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments. •Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly. •Demonstrated capacity to identify risks and blockers early and escalate them appropriately. •Operational familiarity with Agile software development and product delivery processes. •Understanding of UAT, software releases, issue tracking, and implementation lifecycles. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with Engineering and Product teams and understand technical concepts at the level required to manage dependencies and timelines. •Healthcare technology, healthcare payer/provider, AI, or enterprise SaaS experience is a plus.
