Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering •Knowledge of local city, county and state land use processes and regulations (PA) •Proficiency in technical skills in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analyses, grading and other site development related designs •Operational familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, and the ability to mentor junior staff to enhance their design skills. •Demonstrated capacity to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies. •Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and judgment capabilities. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently as well as in a team environment. •Advanced technical skills in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analysis, grading, and other site development related designs. •Demonstrated capacity to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
