Required Skills: •Business Development •Cultivate and grow client relationships through marketing efforts, project interactions, and strategic engagement. •Identify new sales opportunities with clients and lead aspects of proposal development and submission, including project planning, budgeting, and scheduling. •Advance new and existing client relationships and interface with clients for proposal and project-related items. •Lead proposal development, project scoping, budgeting, and scheduling activities. •Set critical project objectives with clients and lead contract development and negotiations. •Manage the full lifecycle of project execution including scope, schedule, and budget. •Ensure quality control of deliverables and analyze/communicate project status, risks, schedule, and costs to stakeholders.
