Required Skills: •Project Management & Execution •Manage assigned projects from contract award through final closeout. •Serve as the primary point of contact between US FUSION and the Client. •Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and execution plans. •Coordinate procurement of materials, subcontractors, equipment, and labor resources. •Support project handoff and pre-construction planning with Operations and Field Supervision. •Maintain complete project documentation, correspondence, and records. •Monitor project productivity, schedule performance, quality, and cost. Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred. •Preferred experience managing geosynthetics installation, HDPE fusion, environmental construction, civil construction, industrial maintenance, or related specialty construction projects preferred. •In-depth knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and contract administration. •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with scheduling and estimating software is a plus (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD). •Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •TWIC Card and OSHA training preferred. •The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
