Hiring: Project Manager Company: HDR Location: Anchorage, AK Job Posted Time: 2026-09-17 10:01:29 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Project Management About the job Experience: •7 years related experience •2 years project management experience Required Skills: •Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams. •Oversee all phases of project development ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. •Develop and review scopes of work, cost estimates, and schedules. •Coordinate internal project tasks and manage external subconsultants to meet project objectives. •Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded. •Ensure coordination of deliverables and consistent communication between team members. •Conduct team meetings to discuss productivity, workload distribution, and quality control. •Partner cross-functionally with HDR leadership to monitor project workload and resource needs.
