Qualifications: •5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in new product development and commercialization. •Proven ability in overseeing new product development through Design Controls and demonstrated success in supporting product launches. •Strategic thinker with strong business and financial acumen and demonstrated experience in data-driven decision making. •Exceptional communicator and influencer with a track record of cross-functional collaboration to ensure project success. •Demonstrated capacity to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments. •Demonstrated capacity to lead multiple projects simultaneously and handle ambiguity. •Demonstrated capacity to travel up to 10%. •BS degree engineering, business, health sciences, or other scientific field. MS degree preferred. •Certification in project management (PMP).
