Required Skills: •Manage office build-outs, relocations, and capital refresh projects from planning through completion. •Develop project scopes, RFPs, bid packages, and procurement strategies tailored to project objectives and local market conditions. •Oversee external project managers, consultants, contractors, and vendors. •Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and tracking tools to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. •Conduct project due diligence to identify risks, building conditions, and potential constraints. •Partner with internal stakeholders to align project schedules, budgets, and business requirements. •Ensure all projects meet Compass design, quality, and brand standards. •Capital Planning & Budget Management Qualifications: •5–7+ years of experience managing commercial construction, workplace, or facilities projects. •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related field. •Strong budget management and financial tracking experience. •Proficiency with construction and project management software. •Solid functional working knowledge of commercial building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire/life safety systems. •Demonstrated capacity to review drawings, identify constructability concerns, and collaborate with design and construction teams to resolve issues. •Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. •Willingness to travel as needed to support project execution (approx 30%). •Demonstrated capacity to perform occasional physical activities, including site inspections, construction walkthroughs, and office audits. •Do your best work, be your authentic self.
