Required Skills: •Assist Relationship Managers in managing client relationships and originating new opportunities •Coordinate and develop business strategies and means to achieve fee, loan and deposit targets •Assist Relationship Managers in underwriting and managing transactions according to the Bank established guidelines and policies •Lead and oversee credit risk and quality of the portfolio •Ongoing monitoring of credit/covenant compliance •Analyze and create financial loan memorandums to generate new loans and modifications. •Ensure compliance with EWB regulatory and credit requirements •Develop problem loan credit solutions Qualifications: •Strong knowledge of non-recourse project finance debt structures •Good Knowledge of the financial institution’s commercial and consumer lending procedures •Demonstrated capacity to understand and advise on complex financial proposals. •Strong interest in business development •Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation •Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic environment •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
