Required Skills: •Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Project Executive to join our National Mission Critical team! •Some Things You Can Expect To Do •Strategic Leadership & Campus Execution •Serve as the ultimate project leader for a 1 GW data center campus, overseeing multiple concurrent phases, buildings, and utility-scale infrastructure installations. •Develop and execute comprehensive project strategies, integrating preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, and field operations to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. •Drive integration of technology and sustainable building practices across the campus lifecycle. •Anticipate and mitigate project risks associated with hyperscale builds, including labor constraints, site logistics, and regulatory compliance. •Client & Stakeholder Management Qualifications: •Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial construction, with a minimum of 7-10 years exclusively dedicated to mission-critical/data center projects. •Scale of Execution: Proven track record of successfully leading and completing hyperscale data center projects or campuses (100MW+ individual phases, with the capability and strategic vision to manage a 1 GW master plan). •Technical Acumen: Deep technical understanding of data center MEP systems, high-voltage infrastructure, cooling technologies, and complex commissioning processes. •Contractual Expertise: Extensive experience managing complex construction contracts, specialized system exhibits (BMS/EPMS), and joint venture agreements. •Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. •Leadership Traits: Exceptional communication skills, strategic foresight, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. •Position requires verification of employment to work in the U.S. Compensation: •Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
