Required Skills: •Define and execute regional/global core and shell construction strategies, standards, and safety programs across multi-facility campuses. •Direct massive-scale civil works, deep foundation engineering, mass grading, storm utility infrastructure, and pad preparation. •Lead the procurement, fabrication, and erection of heavy structural steel, precast concrete, tilt-up panels, and high-performance building envelope systems (roofing, thermal insulation, vapor barriers). •Negotiate and manage master services agreements (MSAs) with general contractors, structural steel fabricators, and civil EPC firms. Drive long-lead procurement programs for critical raw materials. •Ensure flawless architectural and structural alignment for downstream fit-out teams, guaranteeing precise pad placements, structural load allowances for heavy cooling equipment, and electrical riser pathways. •Drive program schedules to hit aggressive Ready for Equipment (RFE) milestones while managing CapEx forecasting, value engineering, and change-order mitigations. Qualifications: •Advanced knowledge of site civil engineering, structural steel, precast/tilt-up concrete systems, foundation engineering, and high-density structural floor loads. •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or related field (PE license or Master’s preferred). •Track record of managing $500M+ regional project portfolios and negotiating high-value GC contracts. •This role requires up to 80% travel to active construction sites and vendor facilities.
