Required Skills: •Manage the project execution of utility scale solar, battery storage, and wind projects. •Scope and manage LNTP work prior to project financial close. •Actively facilitate and support Project Finance lead and the project team in achieving financial close by managing EPC Contractor and Owner Furnished Equipment Supplier deliverables during the Pre-Construction period. •Manage the EPC Contractor from FNTP through Final Completion, delivering high quality projects safely, on time, and on budget. •Manage progress tracking, pay applications, change orders, and on-site construction management teams. •Own the development and distribution of project status updates to key internal and external stakeholders •Manage Owner Furnished Equipment Suppliers during project execution to coordinate design, scheduling, logistics, installation, and commissioning activities. •Coordinate the scheduling and management of the interconnection Qualifications: •Willingness to work in a small team environment in a growing company •Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or another related field is preferred; a graduate degree in engineering or another related field is highly preferred. •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. •Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering or construction; minimum of 3 years of experience in solar development. •Capability to interact with leadership cross-culturally, both within and outside the organization. •Possess both long-term strategic perspective and near-term action orientation, with a strong desire to continuously improve and push limits. •Strong team player with a high degree of professionalism. •Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. •This hybrid position requires the employee to be based near and report on-site to one of our corporate offices in San Francisco, Austin, or Chicago, with a preference for Chicago. •No playbook exists for the problems we are solving.
