Required Skills: •Produce accurate and timely quotes tailored to customer needs and project specifications. •Manage the full quote lifecycle from initial request through revision, approval, and order conversion. •Interpret floor plans, space planning documents, and customer specifications to develop accurate project estimates. •Process orders accurately and maintain clean, up-to-date records within the CRM platform. •Obtain shipping quotes, coordinate shipping dates, and collaborate internally to troubleshoot shipment issues. •Track open quotes and follow up proactively to support conversion and close rates. •Identify and escalate pricing exceptions, non-standard requests, or complex configurations to the appropriate team members. •Maintain superior product and process knowledge to ensure quoting accuracy and consistency.
