Qualifications: •As a Project Engineer You Will •Execute product development of fixed speed residential scroll compressors from early prototyping to final release. •Utilize company specific analytical tools to optimize products and components to meet performance and reliability standards •Partner cross-functionally with designers, advanced manufacturing engineering, and other technical experts to understand design challenges and ensure we meet product requirements •Use DFMEA to understand technical risks and drive qualification plans •Develop and manage project technical timelines, milestones, and deliverables •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional & global teams to develop and release products •Coordinate prototyping, testing, and validation activities •Ensure adherence to engineering standards, quality requirements, and regulatory compliance •Support internal/external customers by presenting technical data and project updates.
