You will report directly to the Chief Engineer of Avionics Solutions. •How You Will Do It •Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team comprising of electrical, mechanical, software, systems, and certification engineers. •Lead project-level design reviews through development, including planning, architecture, implementation, verification, and certification. •Propose and manage the design of new products, improvements, and technology evolutions to ensure that our developments align with market needs and product roadmaps. •Lead the technical team, and work with product strategy in the pursuit of new business. •Technical point of contact with Astronautics customers, current and future. •Partner with program management to plan and execute schedules and budgets.
