Required Skills: •Maintain project drawings, specifications, revisions, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and closeout documentation. •Build and maintain submittal logs; collect, review, route, and track submittals through approval and distribution to the field. •Draft, log, and track RFIs and promptly identify potential cost or schedule impacts for the Project Manager. •Assist with material take-offs, vendor quotes, bid comparisons, purchase orders, procurement, and long-lead equipment tracking. •Track material lead times and coordinate deliveries with Superintendents, Foremen, vendors, and suppliers. •Prepare and maintain change order requests, T&M tickets, supporting documentation, and change order logs. •Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with project schedules, look-ahead planning, job-cost reviews, labor tracking, and project reporting. •Support pay applications, schedules of values, stored-material documentation, lien waivers, subcontractor documentation, and project closeout. Qualifications: •Associate degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology, Electrical Technology, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. •OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
