Required Skills: •The Project Engineer III partners closely with the Program Manager to ensure engineering activities are executed within defined cost, schedule, and technical requirements. The role also supports the Project Engineering Manager in advancing broader business, program, and organizational goals. •Leads small to midsize multidisciplinary engineering teams—typically 5 to 20 members—by driving day ‑ to ‑ day project execution, coordinating team activities across the full project life cycle, clarifying task dependencies, and ensuring effective communication. •Develop and maintain the technical execution roadmap defining system ‑ level milestones and clear completion criteria. •Applies Systems Engineering methodologies outlined in the Systems Engineering Master Plan, including requirements management, change management, technical reviews, and design verification activities. •Builds relationships within and across teams, manages and mentors less experienced employees. •Contribute to planning and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule to ensure engineering tasks are properly sequenced and resourced. •Serve as the Control Account Manager for assigned engineering scope, maintaining performance, cost, and schedule integrity. •Analyze user requirements and support the development of high ‑ level system architectures and engineering concepts.
