Required Skills: •Support Project Managers in the planning, execution, and completion of commercial TI projects. •Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. •Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and document control. •Assist with project scheduling and monitor progress against milestones. •Track project budgets, change orders, purchase orders, and cost reports. •Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action items. •Perform site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance. •Assist with project closeout, including punch lists, as-built documentation, warranties, and final turnover packages.
