Required Skills: •Project Engineer – Data Center Construction •Act as key point of contact with internal customers for specific scopes of work. •Participates with Project Management on the execution of estimating activities including project bids and change orders. •Contributes to effective job start meetings and team meetings. •Supports the team by coordinating material onsite delivery dates with the project schedule. •Partners with CEI safety professionals to identify hazards and document. •Maintains complete and accurate RFI, submittal and change order logs. Maintains an organized filing system and structure. •Maintains current drawing log and distributes new information to team members and subcontractors. Qualifications: •Learning and growth mindset: Be willing and excited to learn. •Integrity-driven work habits: Verifiable experience of safe and reliable work habits, including working in an unsupervised field setting when appropriate. •Organizational skills: Appreciate and practice a high level of order and organization. •Self-starter: Be comfortable taking initiative and ownership of their work. •Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with the CEI team, and all other constituencies. Efficient writing skills for RFI’s, submittals and email correspondence. •Any combination of education and experience that, in the sole judgment and discretion of Company, would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications may qualify. •High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred. •Valid state-issued driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. •Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
