Required Skills: •Assist in the development of project cost estimates, proposals, and material take-offs. •Perform technical analysis of the remediation methodologies of various previously remediated projects. •Perform other administrative or office duties as required or as assigned. •Travel to project sites as necessary for extended durations. •Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations. •Maintaining project record documents. •Perform technical review of contract plans and specifications. •Provide oversight and documentation related to project quality control in accordance with the contract plans, specifications, and company policies and procedures. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management software. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret construction documents. •Strong organizational and communication skills. •Valid driver’s license, ability to drive for the company. •Internship or co-op experience in construction or engineering, specifically site surveying, earthwork, In-Situ Stabilization, mechanics of solids (particularly of soils), hydraulics, theory of structure, strength of materials, engineering geology. •Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and USACE QCS systems. •Assisting in the development of cost estimates and proposals. •Problem Solving & Risk Assessment: Evaluate risks and effectively resolve challenges, champion safety and deliver exceptional quality standards. •Autonomy & Prioritization: Self-motivated, ability to work independently, prioritize and meet deadlines.
