Qualifications: •OSHA 30-Hour and/or 500-Hour Construction Safety Training Certification. •Proven experience in safety management within the general construction industry. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with a diverse workforce and trade partner community. •Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. •Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (preferred). •Current CPR and First Aid certification (preferred). •Strong organization, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
