Required Skills: •Lead or support the development of creative, client-focused design concepts. •Prepare, modify, and update architectural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD. •Translate design concepts into detailed presentation and construction documents. •Conduct programming, site planning, and schematic design using 2D/3D modeling tools. •Interface with clients to present design ideas and resolve design-related issues. •Partner cross-functionally with project teams, consultants, and other disciplines to coordinate design solutions. •Support or lead construction administration activities, including reviewing submittals, RFIs, and change directives. •Develop material sample boards and visual presentations for internal and client use.
