Required Skills: •Meet or exceed customer expectations, deadlines, and deliverables by balancing mechanical fundamentals with time and cost management, innovation, team communication, organizational and project management skills to deliver timely responses and deliverables to internal and external customers. •Effectively manage the supply chain and vendor appropriation system by supporting the solicitation and evaluation of competitive quotes for fabrication, ensuring goods received meet specifications, tracking expenses against planned budgets, and acting on variances. •Support, maintain, and validate legacy portfolios and new designs by facilitating design changes as required, upgrading and modifying specifications through documentation and by recording and keeping robust documentation through Engineering Change processes. •Ensure that customer expectations are met by comprehensively documenting project requirements and timelines in a project management system and communicating expectations and solutions between internal and external stakeholders, aligning Engineering and Technical teams, as well as vendors with our external commitments •Provide insight and analysis of assemblies and components by reviewing drawings, prints, models and work instructions in support of engineering and production engineers, ensuring accurate documentation and insight gained through hands-on experience with products and consultation with vendors.. •Tracking and coordination of inventory and associated coordination of invoices and payments by using inventory data within the ERP system and manual audits of stock levels, and ensuring Finance team is receiving and sending invoices and payments.
