Required Skills: •The Project Coordinator I will provide support within the Building Intelligence business unit, working closely with Sales, PMs, equipment requests and purchases, as well as invoices and files. This position will provide data entry and tracking functions within various systems and serve as a liaison between the business unit and accounting. •Purchase equipment for all temperature control projects. •Process new project bookings from sales into accounting system. •Assist in month-end closing procedures. •Monthly progress billings for construction projects. •Establish and maintain cordial and functional relationships with factories and suppliers. •Collect stock transfers from inventory and input to accounting job cost system. •Serve as reliable integrated backup Project Administrator. Qualifications: •Computer literacy with specific experience using MS Office Products – Outlook, Excel, and Word •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •No candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
