Ensure project compliance with NEC, NFPA, and other applicable electrical codes and standards by coordinating testing, terminations, and quality verification processes. •Procurement & Materials Management: Perform material take-offs from electrical drawings and specifications to prepare accurate purchase requisitions. Procure electrical components including conduit, wiring, fixtures, and breakers while monitoring delivery status and managing inventory levels to support project schedule requirements. •Scheduling & Planning Support: Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules for electrical installation phases, testing, and commissioning. Coordinate schedule updates with electricians, general contractors, and facility managers while supporting daily planning efforts to ensure timely project progression. •Field Coordination & Site Support: Coordinate field activities including layout verification, conduit and cable routing, and terminations. Travel to job sites to conduct audits and participate in safety and quality meetings while providing direct operational support to ensure project alignment with design specifications. •Stakeholder Communication & Coordination: Facilitate clear communication between Project Manager, Lead Electricians, Superintendents, and clients.
