They are a direct customer support contact of Agru America to its customer base. •Accurate & timely entry of sales orders, purchase orders, quotes, and invoicing •Maintain a working knowledge of the products including their performance and applications •Determine quantities of all products & materials required to manufacture & ship an order •Ensure raw material inventories do not drop below the minimum required quantity & notify when reorders need to occur to avoid running out of inventory •Any other duties that the Company, in its sole discretion, may assign as needed. •Verbal and written communication skills in English. Qualifications: •Strong mathematic skills & unit conversion skills •Must be able to work in a non-controlled environment •High School diploma / GED, required •Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or other related field, preferred.
