Required Skills: •Review, process, and assist with submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs. •Assist with RFI documentation to the architect and manage distribution to trade partners. •Assist with subcontractor change orders and gather Full & Final Change Orders. •Record and maintain fully executed subcontracts. •Create and maintain project directories, project files, and related documentation. •Prepare and compile Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals. •Gather warranty letters and submit closeout letters to subcontractors, including warranty information. •Coordinate with field and project management teams to ensure project information remains current and organized. Qualifications: •Must possess the highest level of integrity and a positive attitude. •Relevant 3+ years’ work experience with a commercial construction, engineering, or architecture company is preferred. •Basic ability to read drawings and specifications. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail. •Proactive problem solver who can work independently and as part of a team. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). •Basic understanding of CMAR and/or Design/Build delivery methods is preferred. •Must work well in a team environment and be committed to client service. •This is an in-person position at our office in Boise, ID (NOT remote nor hybrid).
